Job Title: Senior Stress Engineer at Leonardo

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Stress Engineer to join our team at Leonardo. As a Senior Stress Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the mechanical integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Analysis: Conduct thorough design and analysis of mechanical systems to ensure they meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to communicate findings and provide expertise on stress engineering activities.
  • Product Development: Support product development from design to certification, ensuring that products meet the required standards and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering.
  • Experience: Proven experience in stress & vibration engineering, with a strong background in structural analysis and environmental testing methods.
  • Skills: Expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and strong communication skills.
