We are excited to present an opportunity for a dedicated, organized, and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to help us find the next generation of Support Workers. You will collaborate with Managers to ensure we attract and select the best candidates who align with our values and commitment to care. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, including crafting job advertisements, conducting phone interviews, coordinating interviews, and managing a high volume of vacancies while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the application journey. This role is diverse and carries significant responsibility, allowing you to have a direct impact on our success across the central region, particularly in Birmingham and Leicester.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment with familiarity in tracking systems
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade 6/B or equivalent
  • Background in a high-volume, telephone-based recruitment environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to foster relationships and influence stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Naturally curious and persistent
  • Self-motivated, capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting and managing your own workload
  • Proficient in IT with strong administrative skills; experience with an ATS system is advantageous
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Interest in pursuing a career in HR/Recruitment
