Grace James Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Home Manager to join our client's team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional quality care to residents in a medium-sized, Good rated residential/dementia care home with full occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of care professionals to provide person-centred care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents, ensuring their dignity and respect are maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve business objectives, including promoting the home to potential residents and their families.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, and maintain accurate records of care delivery.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive work environment, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a care home environment, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role.
- CQC recognized care management qualification – Level 5 or equivalent.
- Excellent business acumen, with the ability to promote the home to potential residents and their families.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of care professionals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the regional management team to achieve business objectives.
