Job Overview

FincSelect is seeking a highly skilled Sanctions Advisory professional to join our team in a key leadership role.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity that offers a competitive salary of £90,000 and a flexible 3-day workweek in our London office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 2 direct reports and will play a critical role in shaping our sanctions strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze case and query volumes to inform future planning and resource allocation.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on sanctions issues to the Sanctions Advisory team.
  • Develop and implement sanctions policies and procedures for the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will have strong sanctions experience, either in an advisory or policy role, or a background in sanctions escalations and screening with a decision-making focus.
