Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at EMCOR UK. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all areas, including equipment and storage facilities.
  • Respond to reactive requests and prioritize tasks to meet contractual deliverables.
  • Report any necessary repairs or maintenance work to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the Premises Manager to ensure the effective management of cleaning services.
  • Comply with all health and safety policies, COSHH, and other codes of practice for cleaning staff.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the facilities.
