Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Better Days Recruitment Ltd. as a fixed-term contract for 12-14 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR Team, ensuring the smooth onboarding and offboarding of new employees, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and offboarding of new employees, including checking right to work documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Maintenance of employee files and records, including drafting new employment contracts and employment change letters
  • Holiday and salary calculations, as well as payroll liaison
  • Knowledge and experience of employment law and associated processes
  • Proficient in all Microsoft packages, including HRIS systems
  • Highly organized and efficient, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 CIPD qualification or working towards
  • Experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role
