Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Site Manager with a Telescopic Forklift Ticket to join our team at CORE Recruiter. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring all workplace policies and procedures are enforced, and managing sub-contractors to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day site management, including enforcing health and safety protocols
  • Monitoring project progress and adhering to prearranged standards
  • Managing sub-contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Coordinating with other teams to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • CSCS Card
  • CPCS/NPORS Telescopic Forklift Ticket
  • SMSTS Certification
  • First Aid Training
  • Proven commercial experience in construction management
  • Two working references
