The roles will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the PMO team, which includes PMO Analysts and other team members, and will report to the Head of PMO. Each role holder will take a lead on one or more areas of PMO activity. We are currently recruiting for lead roles on (1) Benefits Management and (2) Portfolio Reporting and Assurance:

Benefits Management

The successful candidate will lead on the development and embedding of a benefits management framework and be responsible for tracking, monitoring, reporting, and assuring benefits across the portfolio. Experience in defining and implementing good practice project, programme, and portfolio processes related to benefits will be critical to the role's success.

Portfolio Reporting and Assurance

The successful candidate will focus on portfolio reporting and assurance, providing independent reporting and analysis of the portfolio and supporting the implementation of the assurance strategy through assurance of individual projects. Experience in defining and implementing good practice project, programme, and portfolio processes related to assurance and reporting will be critical to the role's success.

The successful candidates will be resilient, collaborative, and inclusive managers. Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate the value of utilising methodologies will be invaluable.
