About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Surgical Theatre Quality Improvement Practitioner to join our team at Clifton Park Hospital. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality surgical care.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Theatre team to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Monitor performance against established clinical standards and identify areas for enhancement.
- Analyze data and implement evidence-based solutions to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Support the development and implementation of quality assurance programs and protocols.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among theatre staff, consultants, and stakeholders.
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven clinical background in acute surgical care.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with quality improvement methodologies and data analysis tools.
