About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team at Technet IT Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our Scrum team, you will play a crucial role in defining, building, and deploying new products and features that meet the needs of our expanding customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Java-based software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX Designers, Product Experts, and Test Analysts, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of products.
  • Participate in Agile development and XP practices like Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure efficient and effective software development.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to recruitment efforts and help shape the future of our growing team.
Requirements
  • Strong Java development skills with experience in Agile development and XP practices.
  • Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a passion for sharing ideas and challenging the norm.
  • Ability to collaborate with various specialists and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
