Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team in Suffolk. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection, estate administration, tax and trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle an existing caseload of private client matters with minimum supervision
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients and third-party referrers
  • Provide high-quality advice to clients from all sectors across a broad range of issues
  • Work as part of a friendly and supportive team
  • Have access to a case management system and legal databases

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good IT skills, including the ability to utilise a case management system
  • Good working knowledge of legal databases
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Ability to form good relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Well-organised, punctual, confident, and self-motivated
