Site Manager/Agent & Foreman Job Opportunity

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is delighted to be working with a leading Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Contractor to support their recruitment for a Site Agent/Manager & Foreman. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large Water framework project in South Yorkshire, Doncaster, or Worksop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the site team to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  • Support the Project Manager in driving the project programme and ensuring commercial and cost management.
  • Manage SHEQ and Environmental Management, Stakeholder Management, and Subcontract and labour resource management.
  • Complete project handovers and ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements:
  • Previous Site Management experience of water projects.
  • Knowledge of NEC 4 contracts.
  • HNC degree in Civil Engineering.
  • SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
  • Temporary Works experience.
