Key Responsibilities- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Theatre department, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with nursing and clinical staff.
- Handle queries and escalate complex issues to senior staff as required, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors to the Theatre department, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses to queries and requests.
- Update and maintain accurate records, including theatre lists and patient information.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Health and Safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scanning and archiving documents, and attending meetings to take minutes and action points.
- Experience in theatre and hospital administration processes, with a strong understanding of clinical terminology and procedures.
