About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to join our team at Empiric. As a Senior Data Architect, you will play a key role in architecting a large-scale data platform using Palantir Foundry, Spark, and Python.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement highly scalable data solutions using Palantir Foundry, Spark, and Python.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop interoperability concepts between platforms and components.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in data engineering concepts, including distributed computing and cloud-based services.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Palantir Foundry, Spark, and Python.
  • Experience with cloud-based services, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Expert knowledge of data engineering concepts, including distributed computing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-facing experience and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
