Red Recruit, a prominent player in the Freight Forwarding sector, is seeking a Customs Import Specialist to enhance their team. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a vibrant and expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and submit customs declarations within required timelines.
- Manage both Import and Export declaration processes effectively.
- Address customer inquiries with accuracy and provide essential information.
- Collaborate with various parties to ensure the timely submission of necessary customs documentation.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customs entry processing.
- At least 1 year of experience in Import operations.
- Strong proficiency in managing shipment-related documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of customs regulations.
Familiarity with Customs Declaration Service (CDS) and experience with customs systems such as Destin8, CNS, ETSF, and CCS-UK will be advantageous.
