Heating Engineer

**Job Title:** Heating Engineer - Ongoing Service & Repair Contract

**Job Type:** Self-Employed

**Location:** Runcorn & Northwich Area

**Contract Type:** Ongoing (no end date)

**Work Type:** Annual Service Visits, Landlord Gas Safety Records, and central heating repairs.

**Work Load:** 6-8 pre-booked appointments per day

**Commitment:** Minimum of 3 days per week. Up to 5 days available plus optional weekends and evening call out available at enhanced rates.

**Contract Length:** Ongoing (no end date)

**Payment Terms:** Weekly one week in arrears.

**Rates:**

• **Annual Service Visit (Annual Gas Safety check):** £23.06 per appliance
• **Repairs:** £41.00 per completed property (full van stock and parts supplied)
• **Linked Repair:** £30.75 (if repair required at Annual Gas Safety Check)
• **Long Duration:** £123.00

**Requirements:**

• **2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
• **ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)
• **Side Panelled Van (plain or sign written)
• **Gas Safe Registration
• **Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
• **£2m Public Liability Insurance
• **No unspent criminal convictions
