Aspire People is currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist for a Secondary School setting. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the school office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming Visitors: Greet and assist all visitors to the school.
  • Phone Management: Handle and redirect all incoming phone inquiries.
  • Office Administration: Perform various administrative tasks within the school office, including proficiency in the SIMS system.
  • Email Correspondence: Manage general email accounts, addressing queries and directing inquiries as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, educators, students, and parents.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong administrative capabilities to oversee the daily operations of the school office.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to engage in a full-time role within an educational environment.

Applicants must possess an enhanced DBS on the update service or be prepared to obtain a new DBS to qualify for this position.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. While the position is currently temporary, there is potential for it to transition into a permanent role for the right individual.
