Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Anesthesiologist to join our team at HSHS St. Elizabeth Hospital in O'Fallon, IL. As a member of our anesthesia department, you will be responsible for providing medical care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate activities in the Anesthesia Department
- Provide medical management of patients undergoing anesthesia
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and obtain patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients
- Monitor patients' physiological conditions and perform clinical interventions as needed
- Meet the requirements for medical licensure and certification
Requirements
- MD/D.O. degree from an accredited College of Medicine
- ECFMG and FLEX certification
- Completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia
- Current licensure as a Physician
