Welder Specialist

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a skilled TIG and MIG welder to join our team in Bedford. As a key member of our automated solutions team, you will be responsible for completing fabricate assemblies to a high standard ready for painting.
Job OverviewThis is a high-end production welding role that requires some repetitive work while maintaining the high quality required by the industry. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to working, be trustworthy, and confident to work independently with strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Proven experience as a welder TIG and MIG
- Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (TIG, MIG etc.) in mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel
- Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use PPE
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Be able to identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a welder TIG and MIG

We offer a competitive salary of £34k - 40k DOE, 8% employer pension, 22 days holiday + bank holidays, and regular paid company events, food, drink and socials.
