We are seeking a skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing multiple residential schemes for a main contractor in London and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a £7m JCT D&B residential project, including the completion of 6 blocks of flats totaling 37 units.
- Exercise significant autonomy in managing projects, reporting directly to the Commercial Director.
