As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar by:
- Preparing and organizing mise-en-place, including homemade syrups, fruit infusions, and garnishes for each service.
- Assisting Bartenders with the preparation of ice and other essential bar tasks.
- Managing fruit inventory and maintaining freshness.
- Keeping the bar, pantry, and cellar fridges in impeccable condition.
- Handling requisitions for dry goods and beverages efficiently.
- Supporting floor staff with hot beverage service and table resets.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area by following a cleaning checklist.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A solid understanding of classic cocktails.
- A strong desire to evolve into a skilled Bartender.
- A passion for hospitality and a conscientious approach to service.
- Confidence, professionalism, and an engaging demeanor.
- The ability to anticipate the needs of Bartenders, colleagues, and guests.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
