About the Role

Fugro is seeking a dynamic Compensation and Benefits Lead to coordinate and plan our reward strategy across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive reward strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Policy Enhancement: Assess and update current benefits and compensation package procedures and policies to ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • HR Support: Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment and retention initiatives that support the company's business goals.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate benefit plans and resolve compensation-related issues in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and benchmark data to inform compensation strategies and ensure they are aligned with industry best practices.
  • Global Alignment: Liaise and align with Global Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Promote Fugro's employer brand and develop competitive reward mechanisms that attract and retain top talent.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-8 years of experience in rewards and benefits, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful reward strategies.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Language: Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
