Business Design Integration Specialist

Salary: £54,793-£60,326 (dependent on skills and experience)
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Design Integration Lead to join our Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering impactful projects and innovative solutions using top-tier commercial products, including the INFOR LN ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:- Consolidate expertise from multiple sources to provide coherent advice to further organisational objectives.
- Produce models in support of business strategy, leveraging in-depth knowledge of industry-wide modelling techniques.
- Plan and coordinate team modelling activities, ensuring the quality of their work.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring customer needs are met and financial and other benefits are achieved.
- Define, document, and carry out small projects or sub-projects, actively participating in all phases.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks to the success of the project.
- Apply appropriate project management methods and tools, whether predictive or adaptive approaches.
- Agree project plans with stakeholders, prepare realistic plans, and track activities.
- Monitor timescales and take action where deviations occur, ensuring projects are formally closed and lessons learned are recorded.
- Ability to work across multiple functions.
- Capacity to understand and generate processes to reflect ways of working.
- Senior stakeholder management experience.
- Knowledge of ERP Systems.
- Knowledge of INFOR LN is advantageous.

The Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) team: In this pivotal process role, as a Business Design Integration Lead, you will gain a deep understanding of cross-functional business processes and toolsets, working closely with our Architecture Office and multiple senior stakeholders to seamlessly integrate these processes across our organisation.
You will display your ability to work cross-functionally in a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation to manage and streamline business processes, making a significant impact in bridging technology and operations.
