TSR Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Taunton. This role is perfect for a dedicated and detail-oriented legal professional looking to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a key member of the Residential Property team, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. You will work with a range of clients, including individuals, investors, and business clients, ensuring that each transaction is handled with the highest level of professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including property sales via auction, transfers of equity, and other transactions where the firm represents business clients.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of key legal documents, manage completion processes, and address any due diligence issues that arise.
  • Provide exceptional client-focused service, understanding and prioritizing each client's specific needs, and driving forward each transaction with efficiency and care.
  • Liaise effectively with unit leaders, colleagues, and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the lifecycle of each transaction.
  • Work closely with the wider team, including supervising and guiding assistant-level resources, to ensure that all clients receive a first-class service and that all compliance and quality standards are strictly adhered to.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong track record of managing a varied caseload independently.
  • Excellent understanding of property law and the conveyancing process.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex transactions and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional client care skills, with a commitment to providing a high-quality service.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
