Barista Role

We're seeking skilled and experienced baristas to join our team at WatchHouse Canary Wharf. As a barista, you'll be working on the latest equipment, serving our customers with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and contributing to a vibrant and sociable work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a high-performing team to create a unique and exciting customer experience.
  • Demonstrate unparalleled hospitality by delivering regular customers with a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Operate high-quality coffee equipment and maintain brand standards at high volume production.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of coffee knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment.
  • Proven track record in hospitality, punctuality, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
