Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a variety of requests from clients wishing to manage their pension transfers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance tailored to individual client needs.
  • Foster and maintain trust and confidence among clients, advisors, and third parties to enhance overall satisfaction.
Work Schedule

This is a full-time role, requiring 35 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary for this position is £23,000, with opportunities for annual pay reviews and bonuses.

Training and Work Environment

During the training period, full-time office attendance is required. Post-training, the role will offer a hybrid working model, allowing for a combination of office and remote work.
