**About Us**
Superior Healthcare provides at-home complex care services to children, young people, and adults across the UK. Our mission is to support families who have had to make significant adjustments due to life-changing incidents or diagnoses.

**The Role**
We are seeking Care Assistants, Carers, and Support Workers in Ashford. Additional day and night shifts in and around the Ashford area will be available, to suit your availability and preferred working hours.

**Key Details**

* Shifts: 8-12 hours at night, caring for one paediatric client per shift.
* Schedule: Fixed rota with overtime options

**Essential Experience**
All our team members receive a fully paid, comprehensive, week-long, classroom-based training program with practical workshops before being introduced to our clients. This training covers all aspects of the Care Certificate and delves into skills needed to support complex clients, such as tracheostomy management and gastrostomy. Additionally, individual, client-focused training continues following the initial classroom induction.

* PEG feeding
* Oral suctioning
* Tracheostomy care (preferred but not essential)
* Ventilation
* Epilepsy
