Key Highlights of the Position

Our urology department is characterized by a collaborative, ambitious, and successful environment, bolstered by a dedicated team of specialist nurses, Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs), and a network of consultants across the South West.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement changes in our services and significantly impact patient welfare. Recent enhancements include a newly renovated Urology Investigation Unit, as well as access to advanced procedures such as HoLEP, TULA, and robotic surgery in Exeter. We utilize an electronic patient record system (EPIC), possess a multi-million-pound research facility, and have substantial development funding with ambitious plans for the future.
