Commercial Property Solicitor Opportunity

Sacco Mann is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial property transactions, including investments, acquisitions, and disposals, as well as development, construction, and landlord and tenant matters.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in commercial property law and a drive to succeed. They will be working in a small team, alongside a newly qualified solicitor and a legal secretary, and will be responsible for a mixed caseload of commercial property transactions.

The firm is looking for a focused individual with strong commercial awareness and the ability to develop into the Head of Department within the next 2 years. If you are a motivated and ambitious Solicitor with a passion for commercial property law, please submit your CV for review.

  • Working on a mixed caseload of commercial property transactions
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
