About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Painter/Decorator to join our property maintenance team, working in Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out decorating works in a variety of properties, including occupied and non-occupied sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out high-quality decorating works to a variety of properties
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of decorating techniques and best practices
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner
  • Conduct site visits to assess and report on decorating requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Painter/Decorator in a property maintenance or construction environment
  • Excellent decorating skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Valid DBS check
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving license
