Position: Recreation Activities Manager

Hours: 25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends

Contract: Permanent part-time

Location: Bournville Gardens Village

Hourly Rate: £12.56

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an engaging activity schedule for residents
  • Create and disseminate activity calendars
  • Promote resident-led interest groups
  • Assist in organizing events and managing budgets
  • Identify and connect with community events and issues

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and financial management skills
  • Capability to lead and support resident activities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
