Qualifications:
- Completion of a Modern Apprenticeship at Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or an equivalent formal qualification.
- Expertise in diagnostic repairs.

- Service, Parts, and other departmental managers

- WAV Services/Customer Services Team
- Workshop Controller
Essential Duties:
To perform all assigned work promptly, economically, and in accordance with company and manufacturer standards. To inform the Workshop Controller of any additional work needed on vehicles and seek their assistance in rectifying any issues. To maintain a high level of competence by engaging in on-site training, attending courses provided by suppliers and manufacturers, and reviewing technical bulletins as necessary. To communicate with customers regarding vehicle issues as requested. To uphold the company's image of professionalism and quality service when interacting with customers. To ensure all equipment, protective clothing, and work areas are kept clean and safe. To assist management in implementing new work methods aimed at enhancing efficiency. To undertake any other duties consistent with the job description as required. To maintain excellent housekeeping and health and safety practices in the workplace. To responsibly operate all company-owned tools. To complete vehicle condition report sheets and job cards to a high standard at all times. To drive vehicles safely and lawfully, considering weather and traffic conditions, and report any faults with the vehicles driven. Any other responsibilities as assigned by management in line with this job description.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, in a field-based capacity.
