We are currently looking for a highly skilled and creative Pastry Senior Chef de Partie to join our esteemed kitchen team at Sexy Fish, located in the heart of Mayfair. As a pioneer in the culinary scene, we offer a unique blend of art, fashion, and culinary excellence.

About the Role

As a Pastry Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a central role in creating exquisite pastries and desserts that elevate the dining experience for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing and overseeing the preparation of a variety of pastries and desserts
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to contribute to the creation and refinement of enticing dessert offerings
  • Maintaining a clean and organized pastry station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assisting in inventory management, ordering, and maintaining quality control of pastry ingredients
  • Mentoring and training junior kitchen staff, contributing to the development of a cohesive culinary team
  • Actively participating in menu development, bringing forward ideas for continuous improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Senior Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury establishment
  • Strong understanding of various pastry and dessert techniques
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality culinary standards
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
