YOUR ROLE AS A HOUSEKEEPING TEAM LEADER
As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will report directly to the Executive Head Housekeeper. Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
  • Ensuring that guest rooms are meticulously cleaned by the housekeeping staff on duty.
  • Motivating and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service consistently.
  • Conducting inspections of cleaned rooms to verify they meet the hotel's high standards.
  • Collaborating with the Reception Team to manage guest arrivals and prioritize tasks effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
We value personality and potential in our hiring process. However, the following qualifications are essential for success in this role:

  • Proven experience in housekeeping.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Experience working in a medium to large hotel environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
