We are looking for a talented Requirements Management Specialist to become an integral part of our team at DiverseJobsMatter. In this pivotal position, you will contribute significantly to the development of a comprehensive framework for managing requirements throughout our nuclear construction initiatives and projects.

In this essential role, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of requirements management practices and your experience with large-scale infrastructure endeavors to:

  • Create and execute a detailed Requirements Management Strategy tailored for our organization.
  • Set up a centralized Requirements Management System that includes tools, protocols, and interfaces with the supply chain.
  • Engage with stakeholders to guarantee that requirements are documented in a clear, consistent, and thorough manner.
  • Evaluate and confirm the feasibility of requirements.
  • Maintain a traceable Requirements Traceability Matrix to monitor the evolution of requirements.
  • Establish a formalized process for managing changes to requirements.
  • Identify and address risks associated with requirements.
  • Incorporate requirements risk management into the overall project risk management strategies.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Significant experience in requirements management for large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the nuclear or energy sectors.
  • A proven history of managing requirements for complex projects, programs, and corporate entities.
  • Experience with publicly funded infrastructure projects is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CRS or CBAP are preferred.
