What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Act as the voice of Visual Merchandising (VM) in team discussions, ensuring clarity regarding VM standards and expectations.
  • Provide ongoing insights on store needs and execute directives from the HQ VM team.
  • Supervise the effective implementation of campaigns, mannequin styling, and overall shop floor presentation.
  • Deliver weekly performance evaluations and maintain high-quality window displays.
  • Manage floor transitions, product launches, and sales events.
  • Educate the sales team on new product launches, VM best practices, and optimal use of display fixtures.
  • Ensure minimal product loss, advocate for health and safety protocols, and adhere to operational guidelines.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in Visual Merchandising is essential.
  • Creative problem solver who can utilize available resources effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, basic numeracy, and a genuine passion for fashion.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive with a keen eye for detail, open to constructive feedback.
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities, commercially astute, and skilled at multitasking while following established procedures.
