Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete risk assessments and develop safety plans to ensure the safety of children.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase take-home pay through salary packaging benefits.
  • Provide knowledge and support to ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to Youth Support programs.
  • Collaborate with the team to promote a culture of child safety and wellbeing.
