We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Delegated Fraud Team as a File Handler Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their legal career in a process-driven environment.

The role will involve procedural drafting and compliance, investigations, and evidential reviews. You will have exposure to various fraud cases and both pre-litigated and litigated claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure full compliance with the court timetable and adhere to file management policies.
  • Ensure compliance with the SRA Standards & Regulations.
  • Develop commercial awareness to retain profitability.
  • Achieve financial targets and ensure timely and accurate billing.
Requirements
  • Established interest in law through further education or experience in a process-driven legal environment.
  • Good telephone and communication skills with people at all levels inside and outside the business.

We are an agile worker and the primary location for this role is Parklands, Bolton office. We value commercial awareness and financial excellence.
