About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Customer Service Helpdesk Manager to join our team at Ritz Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize customer inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide day-to-day management and oversight of customer service helpdesk activities, including delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Respond to customer queries via email and telephone, providing accurate and helpful information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist internal teams by answering phone calls and emails, and providing support as needed.
  • Raise purchase orders as requested by departments, and use internal ticketing software to assign tasks to relevant team members.
  • Escalate serious complaints or issues that cannot be resolved, and work with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Upload documents to our quality management system to support the asset management team.
  • Support other teams as needed, including providing assistance with order management and distribution of supplies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing a team and providing customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work accurately, neatly, and efficiently, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Basic keyboard skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times.
