Job Opportunity: Recovery Worker Needed

Belmont Recruitment is seeking a skilled Recovery Worker to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the substance misuse field, preferably with a focus on alcohol.

The role involves working with service users to support their social reintegration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives. This includes promoting recovery, resilience, peer support, and self-determination. The Recovery Worker will work closely with the clinical team and managers to achieve this goal.

The successful candidate will have a caseload of 40 clients and will be responsible for key working, care planning, and risk assessments. A strong understanding of the substance misuse field and experience working with vulnerable populations is essential.
