About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Rostering Specialist to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our HR People Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Workforce Hours Management Strategy by providing rostering expertise to our sites and ensuring rosters are built to budgeted activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Rostering Lead and People Team in developing and implementing rostering strategies
- Collaborate with site leadership teams to understand rostering needs and provide solutions
- Build and maintain credible relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organisation
- Identify and resolve complex queries and their multi-disciplinary impact
- Travel to our hospitals and offices as required, including regular overnight travel
Requirements:
- Experience of working with rostering systems in a healthcare organisation
- Excellent IT skills, including intermediate level Excel
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and managers
- Detail-focused with the ability to identify and resolve complex queries
- Flexibility to work across several locations and travel regularly
