Senior Technical Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Manager to join our team at Listgrove Limited. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for leading the development of our company's products, providing technical support to our sales team, and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement technical strategies to drive business growth and improve product quality.
  2. Provide technical guidance and support to our sales team, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to meet customer needs.
  3. Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure quality standards are met.
  4. Maintain compliance with company accreditations, policies, and certification requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a chemical environment, with a focus on polyurethane elastomers.
  2. Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management, continuous improvement, and change management.
  3. Degree-educated in chemicals, materials science, or a relevant field.
