About the Role:
Gleeson Recruitment Group is pleased to be working with a leading service-led business to recruit for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager.
In this role, you will report to a Head of Marketing and manage a marketing team to deliver change and transformation to this renowned business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a centralized marketing strategy with clear, measurable targets and data insight-led activities.
- Collaborate with multiple business units within the organization to define, develop, and implement a marketing strategy.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop plans that execute the marketing strategy and achieve business goals.
- Manage, grow, and develop the team.
- Collaborate with the Digital team to identify focus areas for the marketing plan across all digital channels.
- Monitor and report on results and trends to inform short and long-term strategies.
- Collaborate with the Brand team and creative agencies to ensure consistency across all platforms and channels.
- Lead certain central projects to ensure all channels are maximized and have a clear ROI.
- Work with the Communications team to ensure marketing focuses are communicated and implemented in line with the marketing strategy and plan in place.
- Maintain key stakeholder communication and management at all times.
- Use various reporting tools to monitor and report periodically on performance against marketing metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven marketing management experience.
- Experience in a multi-site operational business.
- Commercially minded marketing experience with data-driven results.
- Experience in developing and managing brand guidelines.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across the business.
- Experience in developing clear and consistent messaging and client journeys.
- Experience working collaboratively across a wider business group.
- Experience in a similar industry.
- Events lead for a large organization.
- Knowledge of relationship management.
- Understanding of B2B and B2C market dynamics and customer journeys.
- Understanding of service sectors.
- Commercial background.
- Experience with events systems/software.
