Job Title: Front Office Treasury Manager

Nomad Foods is a leading frozen foods company with a global portfolio of best-in-class food companies and brands. As a Front Office Treasury Manager, you will play a key role in managing the company's treasury operations, ensuring effective cash management, and providing financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily cash liquidity and global cash repatriation to ensure adequate funding for all currencies.
  • Oversee cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting, working with markets to understand trends and propose investment decisions for surplus funds.
  • Contribute to Group Treasury projects, including the implementation of a new TMS S/4 Hana, IHB implementation, and setting up new cash concentration structures in different jurisdictions.
  • Support FX forecasting and executing FX transaction hedging.
  • Prepare monthly treasury management and financial reports.
  • Manage current bank account structures, cash pool reporting, and arrangements.
  • Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and support internal and external audit requirements.
  • Develop treasury policies and ways of working.
  • Integrate acquired businesses in the Adriatic region.
  • Support statutory reporting, including preparation of treasury-related notes and disclosures.
  • Streamline and improve treasury processes to increase efficiency, controls, and accuracy of information.
  • Manage banking relationships.
  • Support and develop Front Office Junior Treasury Analysts.
Requirements:
  • Treasury qualified (AMCT or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA) with an interest in treasury qualification.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of treasury experience, preferably in a Front Office role.
  • Management experience.
  • Solid technical treasury skills, including liquidity and investment decisions.
  • TMS experience and implementation.
  • Experience in FX risk, hedging, and trading platforms.
  • Banking relationship management.
  • Proactive and high levels of initiative.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Willingness to 'roll up sleeves.'
  • Team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Execution-focused.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload to tight deadlines.
