Job Responsibilities

  • Manage challenging behaviour positively and in line with the school's ethos and procedures.
  • Plan lessons to meet the needs of pupils.
  • Provide a positive and nurturing environment for pupils with a range of needs.
  • Motivate, engage, and inspire pupils.
  • Dedicate to the safeguarding of young people.
  • Follow the school's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or other teaching qualification.
  • Specific experience working with children with SEMH needs desirable.
Eligibility
  • Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
  • Provide two professional child-related references that cover the last two years.
