Vetro Recruitment is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Chepstow Community Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients on the general wards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medication to patients as prescribed by medical professionals
- Review and plan care for patients, ensuring their needs are met and their comfort is maintained
- Implement care and treatment plans, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Liaise with families and other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN and up-to-date training certificates
- At least 6 months of UK experience as an RGN
- UK Resident and right to work in the UK
