Key Responsibilities:
- Meet performance targets and Key Performance Indicators to drive business growth and customer success.
- Manage a caseload of customers using coaching strategies to empower them to achieve their employment goals.
- Conduct assessments to understand customers' circumstances and develop tailored action plans and interventions to support their employment journey.
- Collaborate with local specialist services to provide comprehensive support to customers.
- Assist customers in job-search and interview preparation, and build relationships with employers to market their attributes.
- Implement in-work support plans to ensure customers' continued success in their employment.
- Work collaboratively with multiple agencies to provide a seamless support experience for customers.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance the effectiveness of our employment services.
Requirements:
- Empower and inspire others to achieve their employment goals.
- Build effective relationships with customers, employers, and internal stakeholders.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
- Plan and organize resources to deliver high-quality employment services.
- Utilize effective questioning skills to understand customers' needs and develop tailored support plans.
- Apply coaching and mentoring skills to support customers in achieving their employment goals.
- Demonstrate digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office to effectively manage customer data and support plans.
- Experience working in target-driven environments and with individuals with complex needs.
- Understanding of positive behavior change and commitment to personal and professional development.
- Ability to work within compliance standards and eligibility to work in the UK.
Desired Qualifications:
- Member of the Institute of Employment Professionals (IEP).
- Emotional Intelligence to effectively support customers.
- Knowledge of the local labor market to provide informed support.
- Experience in securing employment opportunities and developing effective job placement strategies.
- Level 3 Award in Employability Services or equivalent qualification.
