About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bank Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Lewes. As a Bank Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing patient-facing services, dispensing medication, and conducting clinical screening and structured medication reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care and services
• Dispense medication and manage pharmacy stock
• Conduct clinical screening and structured medication reviews
• Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pharmacy practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
