Job Opportunity: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at Sacco Mann. As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, including re-mortgages, transfer of equity, new builds, help to buy transactions, and leaseholds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
  • Provide expert advice to clients on conveyancing matters
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless transaction progression
  • Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
