Your Responsibilities
  • Lead a team in executing technical design tasks adhering to relevant standards and codes, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
  • Effectively manage timelines and budgets to meet key project milestones.
  • Collaborate with teams both locally and internationally to deliver cohesive design solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards in design.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Chartered Chemical / Process Engineer (preferably IChemE or CIWEM).
  • Proven experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
  • Solid understanding and experience in integrated waste-water and bioresources treatment processes.
  • Experience in main process unit operations: primary, secondary, and tertiary treatment, bioresource treatment and disposal, as well as odour and energy management.
  • Familiarity with process safety techniques (HAZOP / DSEAR), cost assessments, and knowledge of UK environmental regulations.
  • Understanding of process modeling techniques and software, such as BioWIn and SUMO.
